Software and hardware requirements of Asistent CAD

Do you use Linux server or do not you have Sharepoint? It does not matter. Asistent CAD still works for you.
Speeding up file processing with their models and assemblies is due to automatic numbering and renaming of files with drawings. These functions also allow you to do revisions of files, removing of diacritic and arbitrary file movement with keeping links of parent files.
- The application for its work needs to access to MS SQL server, possibly MS SQL server Express can be used. MS SQL server Express R2 offers 10GB space.
- Asistent CAD works in operation system Windows XP/ Vista/ 7.
- For file processing it is necessary to have Solid Edge at local computer installed. The application cooperates with all versions till ST 4.
- Asistent CAD can be also used for only viewing information without program Solid Edge.
- If hardware is sufficient for Solid Edge, it will be sufficient for Asistent CAD. Of course, the higher the processor speed, the faster the hard disks and the bigger RAM memory are, the faster the reaction of Asistent is.
- The application needs 10MB space at hard disk for its installation.
